For more than 25 years, I've worked in talent and recruitment across Finance, Technology, Data and AI, most recently with a FTSE-listed global recruitment business. I've partnered with everyone from ambitious start-ups to major corporates, finding people for roles ranging from business-critical leadership positions to the ones everyone said were impossible to fill.
Chapter Talent was born from a simple idea: put talent first, always. Whether you're building a team, reshaping an organisation or starting an entirely new venture, I want to help you find the right person, or help you become the candidate employers can't ignore.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me lacing up for a run, enjoying live music, or attempting to persuade a piano that practice really does make perfect. I live with my wife and our five-year-old Cocker Spaniel, whose confidence far exceeds his qualifications.
